The poor defenseless cop struggles as the first man returns to continue his punishment carrying a large wooden frat paddle. The young officer struggles to avoid the painful blows as the man whacks him with the wooden paddle, then with a leather one, and he dances and moans in pain and humiliation. Unable to defend himself from this sick assault he feels less of a man, his officers training completely useless to him now.
