The officer now finds himself tied in an awkward and humiliating position – with legs spread wide and suspended from the rafters. The man then removes his boots and starts a painful assault on the tender soles of his feet. The poor cop is in agony as he screams in pain, twisting and struggling in a pitiful attempt to avoid the blows. He’s never felt anything this painful in his whole life.
