The young kilted cop is led into the cold, vacant basement on a leash by a strange masked man. The poor cop is terrified, his hands are cuffed and his mouth is gagged. His face has a look of shock and fear as the man proceeds to grope and humiliate him, then slowly strips him down revealing a smooth, muscular body and a trembling, defenseless, nearly naked cop.
