The young cop thought he was above the law, a real tough guy who was abusive to citizens, especially gay guys coming out of the bars. Now one of them has him chained spread eagle and is about to rip the uniform from the arrogant officer. Using scissors and his bare hands, he rips the uniform to shreds, pausing to fondle and places kisses on the scared and disgusted cop. The officer calls for backup thru his gag but no one can hear his muffled pleas for help. The man soon has his young body exposed, his to grope and explore.
