Warden Tony thinks Kenny has knowledge of a prison break so he ties the prisoner up and tries to tickle the info out of him. Kenny is so ticklish all over his body from head to toe that he comes close to spilling the beans while the Warden tickles his soles and armpits. Its when the Warden calls an orderly in to help that Kennys situation gets even more torturous.
