Now the poor defeated cop is hog tied with his legs fastened to the barrel and he waits and worries. The masked man returns, and the cop wonders why he’s removing his shoes, but it all becomes clear to him when he takes a cane and begins an assault of his feet. The poor cop has never experienced such intense pain as the man whips his poor feet. His desperate wailings are muffled by his gag, but if you listen closely you can hear him moaning “no, no, no” over and over as pain shoots thru his feet up into his legs. The cop wonders if this nightmare will ever end.
