Jacob Wolf, is arrested for committing “acts of sodomy” and for speaking out against the government on his small college campus. He even has a pro-gay tattoo on his chest – a crime for which he will not only be tortured but brutally fucked, by a prison guard and various machines. The man tells Jacob his punishment will be whipping, stretching, electro-shock and crucifixion.
