Billy Rubens is tied to the the bed in just his boxers. Nick Cheney starts off tickling Billy’s feet with just his fingers for a few minutes before going to get the hairbrush. Chris then joins in tickling Billy’s feet with the sonic toothbrush while Billy pleads with them both. Nick C then takes the toothbrush to billy’s body and after a couple of minutes Chris joins back in using his fingers then grabbing the hairbrush again. They then swap places and Nick tickles his feet with the toothbrush while Chris uses his fingers on his body before they both set to work on his feet. Chris tickles his body a little bit more before they both move down and tickle his feet with the toothbrush and hairbrush together and the video finishes with Billy breaking out of his restraint.
